  • Looking in QA as a “Whole”, not only software testing activities
  • Helping and guiding CI process implementation so that best QA practices are ensured
  • Helping to set and ensure NFR’s are fulfilled
  • Ensuring that quality is not the first thing that gets sacrificed in rough deadline conditions
  • Guiding and coaching your teammates on how and why QA is important
  • Not shooting a colleague in an eye with a nerf gun dart (we are pretty serious round nerf guns round here)
  • Beating Nerijus And Justas at foosball or Ignas and Nerijus team at CS GO lanparty (we love those guys thou and this is a bonus point requirement obviously)
